Project Description

This project focuses on developing high-performance reduced-order thermal simulation methods for CPUs, GPUs, and AI chips. The work emphasizes physics-based reduced-order learning to enable fast and accurate thermal analysis of semiconductor chips, while overcoming the computational limitations of traditional methods. Key research directions include MPI/CUDA-accelerated parallel and distributed simulations and advanced modeling investigation.
