Project Description
Behavioral biometrics utilize data from user behavior such as how we type on keyboard, swipe, or hold a cell phone to distinguish each user. The selected student will join an existing group of researchers to investigate how machine learning and deep learning algorithms can be innovatively applied to improve the state of the art in this emerging area of cybersecurity research while paying particular attention to addressing issues in scalability by using HPC.
Qualifications
- Solid coding skills in Python or experienced in related languages;
- Solid background in statistics and probability;
- Prior experience with machine learning and deep learning preferred.
