Project Description

Numerous crimes could be solved if the security cameras capture high resolution images. However, the images obtained from such cameras are of low quality. Moreover, suspects captured on these cameras are seldom stationary. Hence, it is not easy to identify many suspects using such videos.

In this project, we will work on obtaining high resolution images using a video sequence obtained from low resolution cameras. We aim to do so using mathematical image processing techniques such as image registration, denoising, and deblurring.
